- Each section: form, plan length, span, pitch, overhangs (multi-section).
- Sheet count and cut lengths (50 mm round-up here) (sheet length).
- Min-pitch and run warnings left visible (min cladding pitch, drainage run).
- Wind zone and flashing lines, especially Extra High (EH flashings).
- Waste % and why (hips and valleys).
Written next to it
- Source of each number: plan / site / calculated.
- Colour, BMT, coating.
- What you excluded: dormers, penetrations, labour, freight, GST as a price line.
- Current product sheet date and NZMRM CoP checked.
Do not send a single m² and a 10% fudge. The yard needs sheets × length, flashings × metres, and the warnings. This remains a takeoff, not a quote or consent document.
